Architect, trained in France (Paris–Villemin) and registered with the National Order of Architects of Cameroon, I founded my practice in Douala. For over 25 years—mainly in Cameroon—I have been involved in real estate projects in both urban and rural contexts, applying the full architectural process from design to site supervision across domains that have become core areas of expertise.
My key objective is to develop a rigorous and inventive approach that goes beyond architecture’s visual dimension, addressing how it is actually produced, with constant attention to contextual integration

Before starting graphic design, we undertake a programming phase to establish each project’s objectives, requirements, and constraints. This step clearly defines the project’s scope and content.
3 ￭ Cost Estimation & Construction Economics
Drawing on its technical expertise and in-depth market knowledge, the agency provides construction cost estimates at each stage of the project in order to best determine the target cost.
4 ￭ Project Management — Design Studies
This function covers the successive architectural and technical studies across all project phases—Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Building Permit, and Construction Documents. Studies requiring special technical expertise are produced by our partners under our coordination.
5 ￭ Project Management — Tendering & Contractor Procurement
The organization and management of calls for tenders enable the client to select reliable contractors based on technical and financial criteria.
6 ￭ Project Management — Construction Supervision
This function covers construction supervision, including the direction and coordination of contractors in compliance with technical standards, costs, and schedules—through to handover and final delivery of the works.
7 ￭ Delegated Project Management
In this case, we act as the developer’s or owner’s representative. This role involves coordinating stakeholders and managing schedules and budgets. In doing so, we enable our clients to focus on their core business while benefiting from professional, transparent management of their real-estate project.
